Finverge reserves the right to withhold delivery of work until full payment is received.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed projects will not be affected.
4. Refunds and Returns
Finverge offers a 3-day refund policy under specific conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Refund requests made after 3 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete project requirements.
Timely communication and feedback.
Ensuring all materials provided (text, images, logos, etc.) do not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and content created by Finverge remain the property of Finverge until full payment has been received.
Once payment is complete, ownership of the final product (excluding proprietary tools or plugins) is transferred to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Finverge shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
We do not guarantee that our website or services will be error-free or continuously available.
